By accessing and using BizSite ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
BizSite provides a website-as-a-service platform that enables business owners to create, manage, and maintain professional online stores through a subscription model.
Subscriptions are billed monthly (₦20,000) or annually (₦40,000). All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account credentials, not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to your store. BizSite does not claim ownership of your business information, images, or products.
We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your store remains active until the end of your paid period. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
BizSite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
